Tenant neither vacating the flat nor paying rent

How to go about evicting a tenant who is staying without paying rent or maintenance. I have 11 month rental agreement with tenant which ends in January. Tenant is not picking my calls.
Hello Sir/Madam,
You have the right to evict the tenant on the ground of non payment of rent. First send a legal notice through an Advocate. In case of no response, proceed to initiate a case for eviction on this ground against the tenant. File a caveat petition forthwith to avoid an unwanted situation where your tenant gets an stay order against you.
