Tenant left the premises during lock in period

09-Jan-2025 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Our is a registered lease deed in Gurgaon. The tenant left the premises during the lock-in period. The contract lasts 108 months with 36 months lock-in and 3 months notice. The tenant left the premises after 15 months. Specific question, 1) Gurgaon courts shall only award compensation for the loss incurred including court fees, lawyer fees, loss of rent, maintenance charges, interest, new tenant cost etc. or would award the entire balance lock-in period. 2) Time generally required 3) Court fees

The court would grant you what you would seek in relief from thr court, if you want entire balance of lock in period or you want loss incurred and etc.., it all depends upon you Time and court fees shall be assessed only after seeing the documents and facts in detail
