Hello I have perused your query. In these circumstances you have an option to send a legal notice for recovery of the amount you have incurred in doing adjustments for him . A stipulated time period will be given to him to return the amount you’ve spent . For any further information feel free to reach out to us.

Sir If you have a rent/lease/license agreement then you have to check your agreement to know what are the remedies available to you under this situation. There must be some condition available in the agreement for such situation. And then you can send your tenant a Legal notice for the same calling there upon for such remedies.
