TENANT HAS foricbly OCCUPIED THE SHOP and now he is not vacating

I have purchased a shop and in that shop there was a Tenant earlier now the tenant is not vacating saying that the builder has committed a Shop to him. I have all the legal registered documents

Well, if the Tenant is not vacating, you talk to Builder from whom you have purchased the shop. If that Builder denies to evict that tenant and does not give you the possession letter for that shop, then, you can file a case against that Builder and Tenant.
