Tenant and agent cheated me for rental agreement and not paying due

At a time of agreement of 30K deposit and rent 11K, but i was paid 20K rest was promised to pay in 2-3 days after agreement. After that one month passed no pending deposit received also no rent received. I asked the tenent to vacant the house for non payment of pending deposit and rent and gave him 7 days period to leave. But now 3 month passed he is not paying pending deposit not rent and not vacanting the house.

sir you will need to approach the court for the same. if u have registered rent agreement then you can approach the competent authority for eviction of the tenant and recovering the rent due and the said process is a little faster compared to approaching civil court

You need to send a legal notice demanding payment of rent and pending deposit money. If the tenant doesn’t respond or pay then you can file an Eviction suit in the civil court. Grounds for eviction can include nonpayment of rent, violation of lease terms, bonafide requirement of the property
