Stay after notice period - Commercial Lease
26-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
The tenant (A nationalized bank) has provided a move out notice and has stayed for 5 months after the notice expiration and paid rent. Can we ask for a new notice period before they vacate? They were unable to vacate due to COVID-19 but continued operations.
In this case, move out notice given by tenant but unavoidable circumference ( Covid - 19 ) they not vacated. I like to know any intimation given by tenant any kind of communication like a message or through email. Otherwise, just send email to the constant person about an earlier move out notice is invalid and say that if you want to vacate my premises you need to give a fresh move out notice. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
as per the new law obey the new law and to put an agreement if there is no agreement between the landlord and tenant the entertainer it is illegal the landlord can tonight the new agreement and their landlord can give a notice to the tenant to vacate immediately after the vacation period also they are not vacating the premises then the landlord can you before the rent controller and in that period landlord can get two times of the rent as a penalty imposed on the tenant
