SHOP OWNER ASK VACATE SHOP IN 1 MNTH

Shop rented by my dad. Expires in 2021. Im running shop . But shop owner a said increase rent to 10k or vacate space current rent is 2.5k . We don't make rent agreement. How to deal with this ? Please help as we are poor and 3 member family. Mom-brother-me. Please help
As you have not made any Rent Contract, so there doesn't exist any laws which can help you, as you yourself, have created legal complications for you, by not executing a Registered Rent Contract with your Landlord being a Tenant of Shop.
