RENTER NOT PAYING RENT/ NOT VACATING HOUSE

I HAVE GIVEN HOUSE ON RENT 6 MONTHS BACK, BUT RENTER NOT PAYING RENT FOR LAST 3 MONTHS, I ASKED TO VACATE BUT RENTER IS NOT VACATING THE HOUSE. THERE IS NO RENT AGREEMENT. HOUSE GIVEN ON RENT AS PER VERBAL AGREEMENT. PLEASE ADVICE HOW TO GET HOUSE VACATED & recovery of pending rent, AS I AM OUT OF TOWN ON WORK.
hi if he is not vacating the premises then you could send a legal notice to them asking him to vacate the house and time to vacate the house and if he is not listening then you could file suit for eviction and for unpaid dues
