i am staying in property as rental for more then 30 years. can owner ask me vacant house for his personal use
Well, the Landlord cum Owner of the Property can certainly ask you to vacate the premises in which you are living as a Tenant for his Bonafide requirement or use. This is a well settled provision under the Small Causes Act.
