RENEW LEASE DEED WITH SAME TENENT IN DELHI IN ABSENCE OF LANDLORD

I am Hindu serving in Force and presently posted in Siliguri, WB. I am having Flat in Delhi(Mayur Vihar). I rented this flat on lease deed, which was registered from Sub Registrar VIII Delhi (Geeta Colony) which will terminate on 30/06/2020. I want to renew this lease deed with same tenant. However, in the present situation due to COVID-19, I am not in position to move to Delhi to renew lease deed for next 3-4 months.
Kindly suggest me the way to renew lease deed with same tenant without my visiting to Delhi. If it is not possible than what formalities needs to be get completed from tenant side so that lease deed can be executed once situation restore normal.
Please spare your precious time and clarify my above query
