Hello I have perused your query. In these circumstances you can authorise any known person by virtue of making a power of attorney in his name to act further on your behalf.

Hi, it seems that you are looking for an expert to handle this situation for you. It is definitely possible to execute this through a few options: Special Power of Attorney is one route, not General Power of Attorney. Another option is to send Renewal of Lease Agreement online and have him sign and courier the same to you. You can then sign and execute it and register the document after a few months when you are in town. Hope this helps. Let us know if you would like us to help you resolve this issue smoothly and at very reasonable cost.
