Registered leave and license agreement
07-Dec-2024 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I, get the property on heavy Deposit under the registered leave and license agreement, after that, the owner of the property has defaulter of the bank, and the bank get the possession of the property and owner refused to refund the heavy deposit
My question is can bank show my registered heavy deposit money in auction
Well, if the owner is not giving you the refund of Heavy Deposit, then, the Rent Contract or the Leave and Licence Agreement or Lease Contract is your Evidence to prove that it was written in such contract, that, the Deposit would be refunded to you, if that has not been done, when the owner defaulted Bank's loan and the Bank came to freeze the Property, then, you can file a case against the Landlord.
