Refund of security deposit before agreement period is over it is comme

Landlord refused to give my security deposit back
I have given 3 lakh as heavy deposit ( ₹1 rent )
Agreement period is for 22 months
And 4 month remaining but I want my deposit back as per clause 10
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to go through the clauses of your rent agreement;
2. What is the lock in period in your agreement?
3. Are there any similar terms and conditions?
4. Is there a notice period?
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

You can get the same. First you write a letter to him and register post the same and keep the acknowledgement witb you. If he replies and let's see what he does otherwise send a legal notice. Kindly show us the agreement also first.
