Refund of Advance Amount as per the agreement which is 10 days

Owner isn’t ready to return the advance amount as per the agreement and is stating all lame reasons and asking me to clean the house and pay money in return for repairs for his house which were Not done by me
Try to settle the matter amicably! If he is not repaying then issue a legal notice calling upon him to pay within 15 days from the date of receipt of the legal notice faili g which u can approach the competent court of law for recovery along with interest

it is better that you issue a legal notice to him asking for refund of the the deposit amount and in turn he may issue reply notice denying all the the facts of your notice and asking you to pay the damages and repairs charges in which case you have no other option but to file a suit for recovery of your advance amount in the court.
