Can the landlord go for redevelopment when a tenant has sued him in the high court

Well, the Landlord must avoid going for Redevelopment, if the tenant has challenged such Redevelopment in High Court until and unless, Hon'ble High Court allows the Redevelopment to be done with the co-operation of Landlord.
