You have a notarized agreement valid till November 2025, which legally binds both you and your landlord for that period. Your landlord cannot force eviction before expiry unless there is breach of terms. However, a notarized agreement is weaker than a registered lease deed in enforcement. If the landlord pressures you to vacate, you may approach the court for protection of your possession and rights. It is advisable to preserve rent receipts, proof of payment, and copy of agreement.
