Procedure to transfer forest land lease to private land

I have forest land of lease frm1954 it is possible to transfer inprivate land?
hi , forest land private land mai transfer kr sakte hai, lekin aap ne jo question released kiya hai usme aap ne sufficient are and state mention nhi kiya hai . is wjhase mai aapke question ka ans fulfill nhi kr skti but ak hai agar raigad district mai land ho to possible hai, visit my office

1. Your facts are incomplete and inadequate at the moment;
2. Since you have the forest land leased to you by the government, the lease will be for a specific time period?
3. If the lease is not over or it is over you can very much transfer into your private land;
4. You will need to approach the District Collector who in turn will approach the Forest Officer of your area and look into the matter;
5. Only after verifying that, you have continuously used, are in uninterrupted possession with the exclusion of the original owner (i.e. the government) then the forest land will be converted into private land.
