procedure of evicting a tenant Karnataka India

we have a tenant giving hard time to my elderly aged parents and brother's family. My brother is not well versed with legal/court etc. we have not made agreement with tenant. Tenant already sent notice and later filed a case against my family in the court. Issues with tenant are: 1) Family is very rude. 2) Already tenant fought with neighbor tenant and there is police case registered against tenant. 3) Tenant wife is very rude and always ill treat other neighbors 4) in the notice, tenant has given all incorrect information including his name, number of years as tenant, deposit details( Not received any deposit) 5) Tenant had several fights with other neighbors. 6) Being landlord we never had issues with tenant in the past. 7) All other tenants are very calm and generous 8) Some tenants complained to us about the this particular tenant and family and behavior. 9) Tenant has already issues in the past and we did not knew. 10) Tenant has spoiled the neighbourhood environment.

tenent have some responsibility ..they need to continue there he never breach with owner and with neibours if there is problem with that and tenent unnesserlily creating problem ..should file the eviction suit against them
