Parking issue in society giving threats for parking

So, there is an area for parking so my bike was first so it was little bit outside so the chairperson is asking for fine and treating me that he will tow my bike in RTO but there is no board of no parking or anything like that, so it is possible?
Well, the concerned Chair Person could have resolved issue with you amicably rather than showing you attitude. The concerned Society under him need to have pasted a Board - Where to Park and Where to not, rather than threatening their Building Members and asking for fine! Since there was no board of No Parking, you would be justified in parking vehicle there.
