Leave and licence .want to keep a sub tenant.

I have a leave and license property and I want to sub rent it to one of my own companies with the permission of the landlord.

Sub letting under leave and license agreement is not allowed under law even though it is to your own company You can only do so if you are to continue working from the same place under a different company name on paper and in reality

Hello! If the landlord doesn't have any problem for creating sub tenancy over the property then you can go for the same. you need to take his consent on sub tenancy agreement to avoid any complications in near future
