Landlord is not paying back the fixed deposit instead asking to pay me

Hi , we had agreement of security deposit of 40000 with our landlord and now we are vacating our house. She is saying that she will not give the amount ,instead she is asking us to pay extra 30000 by us for maintenance charge. threatening us and abusing us. Please can some guide us what I have to do?
