Landlord has given me termination letter to leave his room in 1 month

Actually, My landlord has given me termination letter to leave his room within 1 month. The reason is I have not paid 2 month's rent as well he claims that I pay the bills late . But as it's diwali and my child and I was admitted into the hospital that's why we have some money issues. But landlord is not ready to wait for a while and had given the solution. Please help me out of these
Well, you need to ask extension of timelimit from your landlord to find an alternate accomodation before leaving his accomodation provided to you on rental basis. You can ask him this extension by requesting him via your Advocate.
