Landlord forcing us to pay commerical meter charges if not vacate

After reting the house we noticed the below points
- Electricty meter is of non-domestic/commerical , which is not disclosed to us
- Borewell is connected to my commerical meter which is common for two house in the independent house
- Shop in front is also captured in our commercial meter.
landlord is bluffing that he is not aware of commercial meter and charger and he is not intrested in negotiation of the rent or conversion to domestic
you have been misled landlord recording an electricity meter clarification commercial between commercials instead of domestic.
Unauthorized connections bore well and neighboring shop.
we can send a legal notice to the landlord.
we cannot immediate correction of metre classification .
reimbursement for excess bills paid due to Commercial tariff .
