Landlord forcing me to buy the shop for which paying rent from 9 yrs

after nine years of giving rent as tenant my shops landlord forcing to buy the shop . i dont have so much of money . pls help me

Yes you can avoid the eviction. If it is proved that the accomodation available in a vacant state to the Landlord is not suitable for the purpose for which release is sought. The Landlord has acted in malafide.

Landlord can’t force u to buy shop and if u r not interested in this u can deny him and continue paying rent bcoz legally ur landlord can’t force u to buy shop and he can’t do any legal action in this regard

no one can force u to do anything against ur wish except the state under certain circumstances.even if he wishes to evict you due process of law has to be followed starting with determining your tenancy through notice.so wait for his steps
