Sir/Madam , i've booked an apartment with name of DELHI HOUSE SOCIETY multistate CGHS Ltd , In Delhi they took around 7-8 lakhs from me and now they are not responding about anything .they keep saying we are looking for land pooling .And they are asking for more money , when I refused they stopped contacting me .
sir greetings now days to solve the dispute between the landlord and builder a new concept of rera has come up last year. real estate regulatory authority. if there is a dispute between the party complainant can be filled in rera court

In case of fraudulent practices, where the builders induces the byuers to make payments on basis of misrepresentations by builders, a complaint containing complete deatils of faud committed by builder resulting in unlawful loss to the complainant/buyer can be lodged with the concerned police station.
In case FIR is not registered on the complaint, one can approach the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate under provisions of Section 156(3) CrPC.
Please remember that the complaint is the foundation of all legal proceedings so it is required to be well drafted documents containing relevant details of offence committed by the accused persons.
