How to evict old tenants kept by grandfather on his property

Tenant was kept by my grandpa.We dont have any rent agreement.Property is in the name of my father and his two elder bro.They both stay @Allahabad but we r in Mumbai. Want to vacate old tenant. Can u sugest the best effective way & do my father have to go in court hearing or any one bro will meet the requirement of court presence incase we file suit. (hindu)
You haven't mentioned the place of the property in question.Different states have different Rent Laws.Generally any of the co landlords can get the property evicted for his personal need or for default of payment of rent ,material alteration etc.
