How to assert ownership on gifted land
24-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Hello sir, my grandfather had gifted a piece of land to my father, and after his death my uncle's were claiming thatthis was cheating and they are creating objection for dealing on that land. What should I do to get control on tha land
First of all whether the deed of gift is registered or not, if registered then no problem but if not registered then your gifted has been mutated in the name of your father or not, as this is civil matter therefore your documents is required to be examined for better advice
