Harassment By Tenants since May 2024

This is Dimple. We have rented our flat in Hyderabad and our tenant move in was this May, since move in the torture they gave is unbelievable they download some internet picture and sent me that cupboard is spoiled fungus formed no ventilation at home no sun at home every now and then they created too much stress and rent was not paid before 5th had to ask every time. They literally harassed and spoiled my health. Where can I lodge complaint. Or do I need to send them notice.
hi first need to see whether any rental agreement was executed between the parties in this respect and if he is creating problems then you could send notice to evict him from property and threafter by filing suit
