Simple you need to talk to your landlord for this purpose. If both parties agrees to all the terms and condition which was mentioned in previous agreement then you can go for the extension of agreement for further next duration. Or you can opt for the new agreement for the same premises. If you need any help I will draft your extension agreement.

Hi. From the narrow conspectus of facts narrated by you it appears that you have arrived at a settlement in court. In case a settlment it will be very difficult to reopen the entire issues once you have agreed to vacate. Such a settlement can be challenged only if you can prove in a court of law that the consent was obtained by fraud, duress or otherwise.

Tenant has rights and they cannot be made to vacate premises forcefully unless landlord as bonafied need of the property. Your landlord must give you either a 30-day notice to leave, and cannot evict you without giving notice. So, you can take legal recourse if landlord tries to evict you forcefully.
