Deprived of basic amenities (water supply stopped) in a rented place

Landlord of property has deliberately stopped supply of water of my flat without any reason and we are going through very difficult situation now a days he (landlord) always try to put us in problem whenever he gets opportunity through various ways. Kindly suggest possible stern action against him (landlord) as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.

Look, the Landlord has no right to create such type of disturbance upon his or her tenant. If he do such type of acts, then the Tenant has every right to get protection against it and to go to the Office of House Rent Controller and lodged his complaint in written.
