What is the ground raised for eviction? If there is arrears of rent then you have to deposit before the court. You can contest the EP by filing your counter and raising objections that may take a month or two. If you don't appear then EP would be ordered and warrant for delivery for possession will be issued on the same day it is moved if it is an exparte order.

They will file EP only after the completion of 2 months period that is after 2nd October, thereafter they have to file EP and in EP notice will be ordered to you and you have to file vakalat, so probably it may minimum take 6 to 8 months to legally evict you, if you want to further prolong you can file an appeal
