You have not stated where you stay and what the rent is. This information is necessary since every state has its own tenancy laws and might have a prescribed quantum. You must contact a local lawyer to determine your course of action and start process for a suit for injunction for not to evict without due process of law. However you must realise that if you are a tenant you/your father are liable to be evicted but after due process and not forcefully and this suit will only help you to stop forceful eviction.
