Can eksoniya land be transferable to son and daughter in guwahati, Assam what are the legal ways to transfer the land. Can Gaon Burah give witness signature as he says that he have no rights to sign as witness in eksoniya Land
You are not owner of eksonia land and it is Government which is the actual owner of the land and therefore you cannot transfer any right to anyone. There is no legal way to transfer the land. However you can make an declaration or will for the said land. It is not necessary that only gaon burha needs to put his signature. anyone can be a witness so long he is a major person.
