Can a society charge a flat owner for using terrace for his personal function

The society can charge the member for using the terrace if the same is so mentioned in the agm and it has been accepted by all the meme era of the society
If u feel that the society is only charging you for the same you can write a letter to the society asking them to produce in which meeting ha they taken such a stand and bill of the presvius member who had utilise the terrace for his purpose

A society can levy charges for using common areas by the members. However, for such levy of charges the society has to pass resolutions in the General Meetings and Managing Committee Meetings. Contact me for any further clarifications
