Can a flat be given on the basis of the rental agreement

Can I Do Rental agreement without Hsg Society N.O.C. Hsg Soc.M/C Not allowing single lady to stay. I want togive.my flat to a lady on Rental for 12 month. Pls. Advise
You can do a rental agreement and You have to inform the society about it but NOC is not required.Get the agreement registered and police verification done so that society can not object to you for renting flat to a lady.

This is my response to you:
1. The society can only refuse NOC if the tenant is doing some illegal business or there is suspicion of such activities;
2. The society cannot refuse NOC just like that without stating a valid reason;
3. Therefore ask the society the reason for refusal;
4. If they don't reply send a legal notice to them;
5. Method of last resort is to approach the Registrar.

No. You better don't get in quarrel with the society... Better talk to dem and convince them about your need and ur tenants need.. It's better to do it legal then being into litigation with society...
