Agricultural land issue,between agricultural land holder and tenant.

Half acre land was given for cultivation to a tenant in kind for 11 years.later 30 cents land was given for another 11 years. Now when we are asking to vacate the possession they are asking us a huge lumpsum. How we should go about the issue.

was land given on Oral Or Written Tenancy Agreement? Before vacating have to issue Notice for Eviction and then file suit for Eviction before court. If he approach Court before you and take injunction orders then he will have upper hand against you
