A party in possession of a hall since April 1998, paying Daily Usage

A party in possession of a hall (2740 Sq Feet) since April 1998, paying Daily Usage Charges. Owner - a trust , has asked him to vacate the Hall but he has filed a suit in the court saying I may not be disturbed and allowed to continue. stopped pay Daily Usage Charges for last 18 months. No Rent Agreement or Rent Deed or Lease Deed.
How to get the Hall vacated?
Yes u can send him a legal notice and file civil suit for vacation of property under the new laws at office of Dc
Hire a counsel civil expert and I hope u have all the documents of ur ownership and the mode of payment of tenancy to prove the the tenancy
