40 year old tenant now stay own flat last seven year. I want vacant my promises to give reasonable compansation. please give advise How to manage legaly.

for this you can file a civil suit for eviction TN the court in which your property comes under their jurisdiction and you can also initiate criminal proceedings against them if they are not vacating the premises
