Wrongly suspended to a scheduled caste candidate and left other's who not belong to scheduled caste.it is a discrimination case and after lapse of 2years no revocation order is issued.
hi first need to see the copy of the proceedings of termination and if they were wrongly terminated then you could approach court on the ground that you were wrongly terminated and to issue revocation order afresh
