Workplace harassment affecting mental health, need legal advice

15-Jun-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I'm facing repeated mental harassment by my senior at work for over a year. She taunts me, blames me unfairly, questions my priorities, and interferes in my personal life. She told me twice to leave the job so someone more deserving can replace me. I've been ask multiple times to pick/drop her. Despite informing my boss thrice, no action has been taken. This has led to severe anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Can I file a case? What legal steps can I take?

Yes, you must first put it in writing to the concerned personnel in your organization about such harassment by your boss. Make sure you mark all the concerned to do so. If the situation still persists then you can initiate legal steps against them. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, you can report to the Senior Management of your Company about the sheer Mental Harrassment which you are going through! If the Management of your Company is not taking any action, you may file a case in Court!!
