Without any lawyer notice to me, i have been served court summons from a gujrat court in a summary suit, in code of civil procedure 1908 for RS. 225000.00 I'm in mysore
First know the what case it is and why case was filwd against you and engage an advocate and contest the case otherwise you may end up in paying huge amount in summary suit the case will process in speedy manner
