WITHHELD OF SALARY BY EMPLOYER

My employer has withheld my slary for Oct 2024 without any advance intimation and information to me. When contacted HR they informed that under MD's direct instructions salary has not been released and when tried to connect with MD citing baseless allegations citing some losses due to negligence. Myself is GM in the company with salary around 1.5 lacs after tax. Please adivse if my case will be accepted by labor court for release of dues.
