Whether to fil case in high court or wait

My colleagues won pay scale in CAT. Got arrears from joining.Management field WP in high court. It is pending since 2016. I filed case in CAT On same ground. Got disposed in 2023 stating if high court WP comes in favour I also get arrears. Shall I wait or file case in high court
hi if the case is still pending in high court then you could file an implead petition in the pending case as you are also proper and necessary party in the case and before passing orders to hear you in the matter and could obtain relief from court
