A person is working as Peon in Central School since last 30 years on the basis of Fake Marksheet / Certificate, what action may be taken against such employees ? Who is the authority to initiate recovery ?
The authority to take action against such employees is the appointing authority the appointing authority means the authority who has power to appoint such persons,
The authority can initiate recovery process as well as can file an F. I. R. U/s. 420 for doing such fraud

Hello in your question I will tell you that if any person got any government job with any fake document about his parsons qualifications so then you ask query in RTI after that submit an application in HRD department in his school . Afterthat see what isreply in both accordingly do anything OK

You may first file an RTI in the concerned department and get hold on the relevant papers. Once that happens, you may file a complaint against the concerned employee by writing to his appointing authority. Incase even the appointing authority fails to take an action, approach the writ court .
