What is the limitation period to appeal against termination order?

I was working in a private school from last more than 14 years as a clerk. 15 days before School dismiss me saying that their is no full time work for you. What is the appeal period ( in days) against this
This unfair practice of sacking an employee without good reasons is on rise. Normally you have to approach the court against the school authorities within 90 days; delay beyond this period can be condoned marginally if you have a reasonable cause.
