What can I do if a Private Limited company doesn't pay my salary?

I'm company payroll employee and company is private limited. if company dose not pay my salary then is there any legal solution for me if any so please insist me.

there is so many provision to protect employee rights.
if you have gone through proper clearance and proper exit formalities, than you can legally ask to clear your all dues.
if there is any discrepancy please clear for better advise.

If u worked then u r entitled for salary, first u ask them for ur salary then you just inform that and mail that salary request to their designated and concerned officer branch unauthorised or corporate office even after if they do not give you any salary just give them or send them legal notice through any advocate and just for further health and more details post your query at wwwadvocateprateekk. My dear friend, as you mentioned in your query, salary is not given by the company. First of all you should given a representation with all averments to your company. After that company is adamant not to give salary, go to court for this purpose.
