Dear Client,

If you are a govt employee, your employer can not stop your salary without any reasons . Your query needs to be explained in some more details to know exact reasons of the same. You have right to know about the stoppage of your salary.

You may contact me for further advise with details and evidence of the matter.

You cannot file in atrocity act. You have to file complain under industrialist dispute act. It the matter of labour law and labour court. And this case and matter needs to be discussed in detail for better understanding

This is my response to you:
1. If your salary is withheld then write a formal letter to your employer regarding the reason for withholding your salary;
2. If they still don't respond then issue a legal notice;
3. You can also then file a complaint to the labour commissioner;
4. You can only file a complaint under atrocities act if he has treated you in a demeaning way because of your case;
5. Unless a question of demeaning or insulting you on the lines of casteism are not proven you cannot file a complaint under atrocities act.
