UNPAID MINIMUM WAGE FOR 3+ YEARS

I have been working for a principal employer in the defense sector for over three years, but the contractor changes every year. None of the contractors have paid me or other workers the minimum wages. The principal employer remains the same but does not formally acknowledge our employment, making it difficult to claim our rights. Attempts to raise complaints internally have led to job losses for others. I need legal advice on how to proceed and hold both accountable.
Well, the mere option which remains available with you all, is to, file a Suit to recover your Outstanding Salaries along with Interest and Litigation Cost after sending a Legal Notice to your Principal Employer as well as the Contractor.

you can make a formal written complaint to labour commissioner against the principal employer, They do conciliation first. you can also go for filing complaint against him in labour court. If you need any assistance kindly contact me.
