Unjustified GO 317 Reorganising local cadres

I am telangana state government employee, after reorganizing 10 districts into 33 districts in telangana. My native village amangal (local) annexed with rangareddy district (zone 6) from erstwhile district mahabubnagar(zone 7). In 2021, A GO 317 (06.12.2021) passed reorganising local cadres. I was not alloted to rangareddy district (zone 6) where presently I belongs to my locality but alloted to erstwhile district mahabubnagar(zone 7). I want to be allocated to my native zone 6 from zone 7.
hi first you need to make an application to the concerned authorities regarding to transfer your locality of your choice and if they are not responding then you could approach court seeking relief from the court
