i have bought a package for real estate leads and this company agreed me to provide 60 verified leads and i was to start this package from jan25. the person keeps upselling till the time i got frustrated and asked for my refund and then he said okay i will give you the leads and after that i hardly got 4-5 leads and that too non verified so i asked for refund as he sent the mail from comapnies eail id that i i wont be satisfied in the first month i can ask for refund, and he told me he cant give
Well, if he is telling you, that, he cannot give you the leads promised, then, you can file a Civil as well as a Criminal Case upon that Leads Provider. You can seek Monetary Compensation from him as well as file a Criminal Case of cheating.
