Terminated due to fake claim submission

I accepted that I have did fake claim submission.
But penalty imposed by employer is not legit.
Terminate action is not valid because I did 4 years in compony and good performance.
Can I get relieved or any other penalty exception separation from compony?
Well, I can give you all possible solutions by implementing which, you can get your job back or if that does not become possible, then, they atleast tell you to tender resignation by revoking your termination.
